I guess you can say this song is the 'HOT Theme Song'. Though many people scowl at the thought of DISCO...I do not. It brings back many great memories. I am a fan of the 'CULT CLASSIC' Saturday Night Fever, I LOVE to DANCE, and as the words in the song say...BURN BABY BURN!!! (HOT and her site do that right?)
SCOT & I used to always listen to Blue Oyster Cult when we first started dating. This song is used in my PHOTO ALBUM on the page entitled...FALL FAMILY PHOTO. Fall is afterall, when we reap the harvest!
I want my website to be a perfect escape for my visitors. I want my visitors to get exactly what they are seeking. Besides loving the music from the movie of the same name, and thinking Kurt Russell is fairly attractive (LOL)...I used this tune for many of the HOT LINKS pages.
This song from 'Robin Hood - Prince of Thieves' (a movie I have not seen yet) is used in my PHOTO ALBUM for the page about my boys. I chose this song because it says how much I am dedicated to and love ...my children.
This song is my TEACHING THEME SONG. When I graduated from University, this song was at the top of the music charts. When my grandpa died around the time of my graduation, this song kept me going. I also conducted two choirs (St. Pius School & St. Bernadette School) singing this song. This song is special to me. You can hear it in the PHOTO ALBUM on the page entitled...'HOT TEACHER'
When John Lennon was assasinated, I joined many others in the world, in mourning the great loss of a person striving to bring the message of PEACE to this world. I chose this song for 'HOT GOES GREEN'...the page in my PHOTO ALBUM that talks about my efforts to make a difference in this world...by teaching my students the need to CARE.
This song by MOODY BLUES is one that holds a lot of memories for me. SCOT & I saw the MOODY BLUES in concert when they came to Edmonton. We used to listen to Moody Blues a lot when we first started dating. The message of LOVE... is very powerful in this song.
SCOT, unfortunately, does not like to dance. If I am VERY lucky...I may get one dance out of him at a family wedding. However, at our own wedding, he did dance with me. This song was 'the BRIDE & GROOM's DANCE'. It happened quite by fortune...and became special for us, because of that. Though I never watched this strange tv series...I love the tune. It is a haunting tune that stirs my heart. That is why I chose it for my PHOTO ALBUM pages on 'BANFF'. Banff is a part of me. Writing POETRY is also a part of me, and the reason why this music is also at that section of my website.
I am a figure skating fan. This song immediately brings to mind Barb Underhill & Paul Martini...in each others arms on the ice..."HOT"!!! I just had to include this tune somewhere on my site. Can you feel around for it?
SCOT & I saw the PRETENDERS when they came to Edmonton. We went to the concert with our Maid-of-Honour (SCOT's sister) and Best Man (brother-in-law -- sister's hubby). Anyway...you'll never guess who the warm-up act was...IGGY POP!!! I know that 'WHITE WEDDING' is by Billy Idol...but I always get these two guys mixed up. Anyways...that is why I have this song at my website. Are you confused yet? Now I've forgotten where the song is on my site!
Besides the fact that I have a very close friend on the WEB named WINDSONG (WIND)...this song is from the movie 'BEACHES' about 2 very close friends and the lifetime they shared together. I can relate to many aspects of this movie
